How "Change Form" in Heros?

Hello people, I'm doing this th because i need help with something...
I want to make an ability for heroes for "change form", like the tale druid and Medivh, but i don't know how...
If anyone can help me, i thanks him a lot...

Just use a metamorphosis spell.If you want somthing like a custom Metamorphosis spell (like model) create a custom unit and change the model then change the metamorphosis transform to = to the custom unit.
