Youre not being very specific. Are you talking about the sound effect of unit attacks or the announcer's voiceover whenever you engage an enemy?

    1. Open Object Editor
    2. Select any unit
    3. Go to a field named Combat - Attack 1 - Weapon Sound and change it there.

The sound effect is only default by Blizzard don't know if you can import one...

You can use damage engine to detect when unit attack and play sound with triggers.
Check spell section you will find both GUI and Jass resources.

Or just do "A unit is attacked" and play the sound using "Play Sound X". But that's a simpler way should you choose not to use a damage engine, because the timing may not be right. You could fiddle around with waits though.

This can play sound before unit actually attack or even try to attack.

This is where Damage Detection System comes in handy.
