[General] How can I make Soul Burn target allies and friends as well as enemies?

I'm trying to make it able to be used in friends and allies too, I marked these options in the targets allowed but it doesn't seemed to work!
Can anyone help me out?

Are you testing the Soul Burn at your unit or your ally unit?

Mark these options:

• Player Units(If you're casting it at your own unit)
• Allied
• Friends
• Enemies

warseeker I can only change the speed factor in gameplay constants I could't find anything that related to targets allowed =/

What's the response at the frost nova if casting at your friendly/ally unit?
If you don't know what I mean, example, you're trying to build a structure at an unbuildable terrain, it'll say "Unable to build there." in yellow text.

Can't test it out at WCIII, I'm reinstalling it.

It's possible that the single targets allowed and aoe targets allowed are different for Frost Nova.

At least I think I remember encountering something similar to that with one or two other abilities...

Frost Nova might be hard-coded in such a way as to prevent it from being targetable on friendly units.

No messege appears at all, the ability borders turn green as it is performing the spell but nothing happens to friendly targets

Just spawn a dummy caster that's enemy to cast it on your friends and neutrals.

I made Frost Nova ally-targetable but the nova damage doesn't work on surrounding allied units; seems to be hard-coded that way. As for the targeting, I had it set to "Air, Allied, Enemy, Friend, Ground, Neutral, Not self, Organic" for it to work.

Definitely you need to trigger this.

Same as the rest. You'll need to trigger the Frost Nova ability to order to work it that way.
