How can I create the critical strike text?

I got just one question, i want to know how i can create this critical text which appears when a hero gets a critt strike with his passive ability. I only found the floating text, but this isn't the text i'm searching for. Maybe someone could help?

I don't believe the red damage text from the Critical Strike and Drunken Brawler abilities can be recreated manually. If you just want to show damage dealt, creating a Critical Strike ability with 1.0 damage modifier would work.

Floating text is the text you're searching for, that's what the skill uses. Just try changing the colour to red and changing the size to around 10. Of course you have to trigger it fading away and moving up, but other than that it's fine.

ok...i created it as a floating text, but how can i now trigger it to fade out and move up?

There are functions for that, I think it's like set fade time, set death time (or something) and set velocity. It's fairly straightforward.

Don't forget to destroy the texttags. Otherwise you'll get memory leaks.

Critical Strike does not use floating text. A similar enough effect is achieved by using floating text, though. Also:
