Host bots question

So the new patch will eliminate host bots it seems. I read that they will add some sort of ban system themselves. Anyone know how that will work? Is that just if you yourself host a game and you ban a player, and then he can't rejoin anymore of your own hosted games?

Yeh probably. At best might be a locally stored list so one could sync/merge it with external lists.
