Only decaying corpses can be targeted, The Wand Mirror quickly fetches the soul of the deceased within 500 range of him out of thin air preventing it to reach heaven or whereever it was going to after it left it's body, devouring it to restore his own hitpoints.

Level 1 - 9 hitpoints per corpse.
Level 2 - 16 hitpoints per corpse
Level 3 - 24 hitpoints per corpse.
Level 4 - 32 hitpoints per corpse.

2) Possession

The Wand Mirror uses one of his collected souls as a link between him and the target injecting the ghastly form into his body and manipulating his subconcious. Resulting in that the player can control the unit for a little while.

Level 1 - 10 seconds possession, level 1 unit.
Level 2 - 20 seconds possession, level 2 unit.
Level 3 - 30 seconds possession, level 4 unit.
Level 4 - 40 seconds possession, level 6 unit.
Level 5 - 50 seconds possession, level 8 unit.

3) Spirit Burn (Instant)

The Wand Mirror burns the spirit essence of the target damaging a small amount of hitpoints and mana, leaving a buff behind doing damage overtime for a certain amount of time.

Level 1 - 25 Damage, 3 damage every second over 10 seconds.
Level 2 - 40 Damage, 5 damage every second over 12 seconds.
Level 3 - 60 Damage, 7 damage every second over 13 seconds.
Level 4 - 80 Damage, 9 damage every second over 14 seconds.
Level 5 - 120 Damage, 13 damage every second over 15 seconds.

4) Death Rift (Channeling)

The Wand Mirror opens up a rift connecting this world and the world of the dead resulting into chaos. Spirits come pouring out they can randomly do four types of things with enemies within range; destroy hitpoints, destroy mana, possess them or fear them (the fear effect eh).

Level 1 - Small amounts of hitpoints and mana destroyed and small amounts of time controlling enemy units and a short time of fear being cast upon them.
Level 2 - Average amounts of hitpoints and mana destroyed and average amounts of time controlling enemy units and a descent time of fear being cast upon them.
Level 3 - Large amounts of hitpoints and mana destroyed and large amounts of time controlling enemy units and a long time of fear being cast upon them.

Note: Replace the locust swarm ability model with a unit made from the ZigguratMissile model.

CONCEPT STATUS: APPROVED
XARWIN COMMENTS: Looks like a pretty hard combination and the ultimate requires some work. However, enjoy your approval.

SEPTIMUS COMMENTS: Somes of the ability seems to be way overpowered and weak. The ultimate ability seems to be only work against non-hero units. If it was allowed to controlled opponent heroes, it would be an overkill skills.

The enchantments on the ropes heavily reduce the targets mana regeneration. To break free from the net, the enemy and any of its allies have to destroy the net by attacking it.

Level 1 - Net is destroyed after 2 hits, reduces mana regeneration by 15 mana/sec.
Level 2 - Net is destroyed after 4 hits, reduces mana regeneration by 25 mana/sec.
Level 3 - Net is destroyed after 6 hits, reduces mana regeneration by 35 mana/sec.
Level 4 - Net is destroyed after 8 hits, reduces mana regeneration by 45 mana/sec.
Level 5 - Net is destroyed after 10 hits, net has 15% evasion, reduces mana regeneration by 55 mana/sec.

2) Hallucinatory Leap

The Hero teleports to a target location, becoming invisible and leaving a hallucination behind. The hallucination will die in one hit and will deal no damage. The hallucination cannot cast spells, though it is controllable and will move and attack just like any other unit. Hallucination lasts for 10 seconds if not killed beforehand. If the Warlord attacks to break invisibility it will deal 1.5 damage to the target.

Level 1 - Teleports to a location within a very short range, invisibility lasts 5 seconds.
Level 2 - Teleports to a location within a short range, invisibility lasts 10 seconds.
Level 3 - Teleports to a location within a medium range, invisibility lasts 15 seconds.
Level 4 - Teleports to a location within a long range, invisibility lasts 20 seconds.
Level 5 - Teleports to a location within a very long range, invisibility lasts 25 seconds.

3) Rupturing Strike

Strikes at a target enemy unit with a powerful blow from the Warlord's axe, causing it to bleed. The initial strike deals a large sum of damage, while the bleeding effect reduces the targets armor as well as dealing damage over time. Lasts 15 seconds.

Level 1 - 50 initial damage, reduces armor by 2, 5 damage per second.
Level 2 - 75 initial damage, reduces armor by 3, 10 damage per second.
Level 3 - 100 initial damage, reduces armor by 4, 15 damage per second.

4) Hastening Fury

The Warlord concentrates all of his power to a powerful fury. His attack speed, movement speed and damage is increased and he gains a mana-stealing attack, but he becomes more vulnerable to enemy attacks. Lasts 30 seconds.

Level 1 - Increase attack and movement speeds by 150%, increases damage by 50%, steals 3 mana with each attack, receives 150% damage from attacks.
Level 2 - Increase attack and movement speeds by 200%, increases damage by 100%, steals 4 mana with each attack, receives 135% damage from attacks.
Level 3 - Increase attack and movement speeds by 250%, increases damage by 150%, steals 5 mana with each attack, receives 120% damage from attacks.
CONCEPT STATUS: APPROVED
XARWIN COMMENTS: A neat combination.

SEPTIMUS COMMENTS: Quite a fairly balance heroes in my opinion except for the first ability. The entrap ability need to have duration as well or the hero would be trap forever.

Biography



M0rbid, the last of the Sith Lords of the old times - before lightsabers became the weapons of the jedi - is a powerful adept of the force and is feared by his enemies, because of his ability to enter battles suddenly and support the team by killing single enemies very fast.

Marek Lert was an unknown headhunter from a planet of the outer rim, when the jedi Tyle Sweak found him and decided to make him her padawan.
Becoming more an more powerful very fast, Lert soon got in touch with the dark side, which soon led to a conflict with his master, that Lert could decide for himself. Changing his name to Darth M0rbid, which soon turned into a famous and feared name around the universe, the new Sith Lord soon turned into the leader of the jedi academy on Korriban.
Now, that the order of the sith seems to be destroyed, M0rbid leaves Korriban for a last and final battle.

The Sith lord pulls an enemy towards him, absorbing mana while pulling, striking him with his force stick when close to him, and stuns them. The mana costs depend on the pulling distance.

4) Disrupting Force Field

The Sith Lord uses his force to slow all his enemies in a range of 700 by casting a force field. Enemy with range attacks that hit the outside of the field return to the attacker, dealing the half damage. Spells that are casted from outside into the inside of the field are blocked. The Force Lightning of the Sith Lord does double damage on frozen enemies

Level 1 - Lasts 7 seconds, decreases movement speed: 75%
Level 2 - Lasts 11 seconds, decreases movement speed: 125%
Level 3 - Lasts 15 seconds, decreases movement speed: 175%
CONCEPT STATUS: APPROVED
XARWIN COMMENTS: I still think it looks weird for a sith however it is acceptable :).

SEPTIMUS COMMENT: The biography and everything else look a bit foolish and doesn't seems to be serious, but that doesn't mean it was bad if it was representing your own self. My only concern was the first ability being inbalance due to the huge amount of armor it deduct at level 5.

Numerion was an all-time stalker beneath the users of hive, but then when the war started, his ability to cloak got somewhat corrupted, and as he couldn't cloak anymore , everyone discovered his stalking, so he have to join the war and acquire his honor again.

Note: if he breaks the invisibility the heal part won't proceed. The invis must dissapear normally to get healed.

2) Reality Rift

When the Burning Legion invaded the land of his people, he was recruited to defend an outlying village, very close to the spot from which the invasion, and with it the corruption, of Pandaria has begun. As the brave Pandaren fought for their homes, families and lives against the vile demons, the leaders of the Burning Legion oversaw the numerous battles. Grazzrangar, a Doom Lord and captain of the Legion armies, has saw great potential in the Pandaren as powerful warriors and proposed the corruption of the Pandaren race to Archimonde, the mastermind and head of the invasion... The next time the Pandaren struggled to defend their lands, they faced a new threat - a threat that have twisted their life forever... The demonic Corruptors, ancient Eredar Warlocks, marched with hatred towards the proud white-furred warriors. The Pandiablo, after being corrupted, has gained an inner rage, some sort of an unexplainable hatred which burns within his very soul. The Pandiablo has a chance to have his attack speed and damage increased for a short period of time with each attack. The bonus to damage and attack speed is greater if the attack is a finishing blow.

Level 1 - 5% chance on attack, 10(15 if the attack is a kill) damage increase, 15%(20% if the attack is a kill) attack speed increase, lasts 5 seconds.
Level 2 - 10% chance on attack, 15(20 if the attack is a kill) damage increase, 20%(25% if the attack is a kill) attack speed increase, lasts 5 seconds.

2) Demonic Minion

As a learning warlock, and the only Corrupted Pandaren with at least some of his mind left in-tact, the Pandiablo is able to call forth a random demonic minion out of a selection of powerful demons. Only one demon may be summoned at any given time.

Level 1 - Summons a Fel Stalker(Has Feedback) or a Voidwalker(Has Curse).
Level 2 - Summons a Fel Stalker(Has Feedback and Mana Burn), a Voidwalker(Has Curse and Phase Shift) or a Succubuss(Has Silence).

3) Infestious Claws

Claws a target enemy, infecting it with fel energies. The attack deals damage, damage over time for 10 seconds, and infects the target - causing it to turn into a corrupted creature((Dalaran Reject model?))when it dies. The corrupted creature will fight for the Pandiablo until it dissolves. Corrupted creatures lasts for 30 seconds or until killed.

Level 1 - 150 damage, 10 damage per second, Corrupted Essence with 11-17 damage and 500 HP.
Level 2 - 200 damage, 15 damage per second, Corrupted Mass with 21-29 damage and 750 HP.
Level 3 - 250 damage, 20 damage per second, Corrupted Substance with 33-41 damage, 1000 HP and Slow.
Level 4 - 300 damage, 25 damage per second, Corrupted Aggregate with 45-53 damage, 1250 HP, Slow and Cripple. Cripple does not work on heroes or creeps above level 6.
Level 5 - 350 damage, 30 damage per second, Corrupted Monstrosity with 56-67 damage, 1500 HP, Slow, Cripple and Evasion. Cripple does not work on heroes or creeps above level 6.

4) Felfire Meteor

The Pandiablo summons a mighty meteor of flaming wrath to devestate anything in a big area of effect. After the spell is cast, allied units will be warned about the meteor through a graphical warning in the area of effect and will have two seconds to escape the target area. The meteor lands after two seconds, dealing damage to ALL units in the area, be it an enemy or an ally. After the meteor hit all units will be dizzy for some time, moving and attacking slower.

Level 1 - 500 damage, dizzy for 25(10 for heroes) seconds, 50% attack and movement speed reduction.
Level 2 - 750 damage, dizzy for 35(20 for heroes) seconds, 60% attack and movement speed reduction.
Level 3 - 1000 damage, dizzy for 45(30 for heroes) seconds, 70% attack and movement speed reduction.
CONCEPT STATUS: Approved
REASON: The biography and ability may have a long explanation but I am fine with that. Other then being long, it seems fine.

Xerex is known around the world for his cruel acts towards the innocent people. He tortures people for his own enjoyment and then he kills them to gain more power by feeding on their souls. He gained the title "Dark Lord" after destroying multiple human towns by causing plague outbreaks, making the citizen insane and then consuming their souls after the chaos. It is said that Xerex made a deal with the Devil and traded his soul for eternal life, so he could bring agony and sorrow for humanity. Nobody knows why he causes all the terror, and nobody really cares as long they do not have to face him.

Unlikes his ally Septimus, Frank often used a rather swift approach to subdue his opponent. When he was frame for the murder of an count, he was leave with no choice but to find out the culprit in within 48 hours by using whatever necessary method or else it was gallow for him. After solving the cases and clear his name, Frank soon believes the best offense is the best defense and told the people "As long as we keep the enemy busy, they would never be able to retaliate against us".

Using the concept of "Lightning Conquest" in his campaign, Frank manages to lead the army into countless victory effectively and efficiently which resulted into him being promoted into the general rank. Of course, this is definitely something people would expect to happen to him when he manage to accomplish the conquest in within a month when it would took even the greatest tactician about an 5 months to complete what he did.

However, everything good must come to the end. A alleged accusation of power abuse cause him to be suspended from his work until a war was brewing and his service was once needed again. How would this tactician General Frank work out his aggressive approach with strategist Septimus who used the opposite way?

Biography

Created as a statue of honor. The Ancient Statue was formed with the most rare gems and stones the creators could find. Using a Infernal chest for the core part of the statue, the statue became incredible solid. For the eyes they inserted two rare gems of power, they glowed with power and knowledge.

As the years went by, a storm broke out. A lightning bolt struck onto the statue, The statue started shaking and became alive and removed himself from his bounds, it became the flying beast in the sky. Once that happened it started mercilessly killing everything in its way. Warlocks came from all of the worlds and tried to tame the statue. As they did so they started to loose control of themself, they became afraid and quickly lost their powers. It was once the gods came that they put it back onto it's bounds, making it harder for him to move and weakened his powers.

Afterwards the *evil forces* (replaced later). Took easily control of him and made him their soldier.

An average young man from a modern universe who got sucked in through a vortex thanks to an undiscovered video game glitch.
Through the vortex, Dan van Ohllus ended up being in Undermine, where he was taken by goblin tinkers and became their guinea pig for their steampunk robot inventions.
The goblin tinkers were impressed that Dan mastered the controls of the robots without causing any explosions, so they sent him along with their best tank robot, the Victor 2612A, to the official Azeroth Steampunk Deathmatch.
Dan succeeded at defeating all of his opponents and earned the title "Steampunk Champion", and nobody has yet to beat him ever since.

The Goblins showed huge respect over Dan van Ohllus and the tinkers decided to set him free and gave him the Victor 2612A as a gift. Dan accepted the offer and left the Undermine to travel around the world.

He was recently seen in the realm of Hive Workshop, where he was hired to be a close-combat tank for an upcoming war.

Effect Explanation: I'm picturing the spell model to appear when the user attacks a target on the user itself but dissapearing soon after.

For every attack the Mage makes, a percentage of the damage dealt to the enemy is returned to the attacker as mana.

Level 4 - 12.5%

Calls forth a dragon and jumps on its back. The dragon moves in the general area that the caster is in attacking the enemy units in the area at random (if you can get it to attack while its moving that would look even better, I'm picturing it circling the area attacking). While riding, the caster is still free to use spells but cannot attack. While flying, the user cannot be hit by normal melee attacks and is treated as if a flying unit.

Level 1 - Lasts 7 seconds and dragon attacks deal 70 damage
Level 2 - Lasts 9 seconds and dragon attacks deal 100 damage
Level 3 - Lasts 11 seconds and dragon attacks deal 100 damage
Level 4 - Lasts 13 seconds and dragon attacks deal 125 damage

This completely random thing would put anyone guessing what would happen

By closely observing a lone Naga Sea Witch fighting, the archon has devised a way to recreate his adaptable plasma shield which he lost due to uncompatibility of Protoss tech in this world. Simply using the Mana Shield as the base, he managed to reduce damage and partially reflect it back to attackers.

Level 1 - 9% absorbed + 6% returned damage
Level 2 - 15% absorbed + 11% returned damage
Level 3 - 22% absorbed + 18% returned damage
Level 4 - 29% absorbed + 21% returned damage

Sometimes even with all his ideas, the archon cannot outsmart or trick the enemy, if overwhelmed, the archon will burst out of the host's body (metamorphosis+ "immolation" +phoenix fire-edit +stat boost), his attacks will become chaotic raw, plasma splashes and will gain an intense burning field around, allowing him to burn and annihilate (obliterate.. eradicate.. destroy.. :p) everything around. However.. this act destroys the host's body so that he becomes an invulnerable ghost, unable to do anything but watch, until he gathers enough energy to claim another body (killing the hero and keeping the satyr-ghost-copy for the player to wander around with until the real hero is revived, then just moving the hero to the position of the ghost and removing the ghost)

Level 1 - normal metamorphosis/splash attack + small immolation edit
Level 2 - normal metamorphosis/splash attack + small immolation edit + phoenix fire edit
Level 3 - normal metamorphosis/splash attack + small immolation edit + phoenix fire edit + ..Passive incinerate of the firelord edit
(all ability edits to look like plasma or lightning)

Being a strong believer of brain over brawn, Septimus fully utilize the concept of psychology warfare, chemical warfare and modern warfare to cripple the opponent. It was proven to be successful when he was able to repel the great invasion towards Lordaeron by inflicting fear and distrust among the enemy using psychology and disease through those deadly mixture of his chemical, resulting into the invasion never happen at all. As another war was brewing, his services was once needed again. How would he end this war? Especially with his ally General Frank?

A warlord which has been at the background for a very long while.
Many stories passed that he fled from an assault on his village however those stories where wrong. Midnights was near dead and pushed his own limits to get away. Through a lot pain he found a dark cave and found a stone incarved with weird text. It would bound his body to dark, ancient magic. Without a doubt Midnighters followed the instructions of that stone and darkness filled his body. Once the ritual was done he felt stronger and possed amazing powers. He sworn to revenge the attack on his village and help the ones which need it. As he heard the calls on this battlefield he picked one side to fight for in hope to discover more about his village.

Whenever a unit stands in the middlepoint of the casted position it will get stunned for 2 seconds.

3) Dark Cognizance

Midnighters is known with spells out of the darkness. Midnighters will summon a
strategical portal at his feet which aims for the weakest enemy among him, firing out
a dark beam towards this enemy that deals damage to any enemy in the line.

Level 1 - Deals 40 damage to any enemy caught by the beam.
Level 2 - Deals 80 damage to any enemy caught by the beam.
Level 3 - Deals 120 damage to any enemy caught by the beam.
Level 4 - Deals 140 damage to any enemy caught by the beam.
Level 5 - Deals 180 damage to any enemy caught by the beam.

4) Overshadow

In the depths of mysterious dark pits Midnighters found a powerful ability to
split the shadow from his human body. Doing so brings his shadow to life
which has the same abilities as he do.

doing the same moves as Midnighters pleases.

Level 1 - Shadow lasts for 8 seconds.
Level 2 - Shadow lasts for 10 seconds.

When the Undead Plague reached Erik's body, it turned him into a mindless minion, now filled with hatred and fire. Erik hunted down each of his treacherous comrades, avenging himself. 3) Flash-bang: The GhosT launches a fireball at a target position. The fireball will travel for a distance. If the max distance is travelled, or the fireball comes into contact with an enemy, the caster will be teleported to the position of the fireball, which simultaneously explodes and stuns nearby enemy units.

Whilst the GhosT is channeling this spell, he constantly drains Mana and reduces HP regeneration.

Note, hero is very fragile.

REASON: Fragile but awesome. I never saw such hero and I think nobody ever did. This has to be a challenge to play with!
