Help with save map

Hi.
I would like to ask for help. I am a beginner in this world editor stuffs. I downloaded a map from here.
I would like to make some changes to it. However, it won't let me save it because of an error.
If i don't make any changes on it, it won't let me save it either.
Can you help me? I'm complete beginner, how I can solve this problem so that I can modify the map later?

Hello, so the error tells you what's wrong:

Issue: Player Buildings: 612 placed, 600 allowed.

It also tells you how to fix the problem:

Solution: Please reduce the number of objects in order to save this map.

So you have to delete at least 12 buildings from the map (612 - 12 = 600).

That aside, I've never seen this error before, and it sounds like some limitation with your version (1.27). How about upgrading to a newer version like 1.29 or 1.31 or even the latest patch? The map's recommended version is 1.29.

TY, I updated to 1.29 and it worked fine. It's very interesting why my Blizzard account is downloading version 1.27 instead of the latest one.

You should be able to register your cd keys online and download the latest version. Assuming you're playing a legit copy.

The Legacy Warcraft III (ROC and TFT) you got from Blizzard only downloads the 1.27 client as Blizzard no longer supports this version in favor of Reforged.

If you want to get the latest one, simply add your legitimate ROC key to your Battle.net account. You will get the most recent version (still with numeruous bugs) minus Reforged graphics (unless you have a license for Reforged).
