help me with warcraft 3 image extractor 2

:? ok so im trying to turn this .tga to a .blp but when i save it from wc3 image extractor it says

try redownloading? samething happened to me, diferent error though.

i found a fix i guess i dunno how it worked but i just remade the image i was saving(for a loading screen) and it worked but now my screen comes up pure white :!: :!: :!:

Well me too yeah, my map uses a TGA screeny cuz image extractor made it white for no reason.
