WC3 Image Viewer II/WC3 Image Extractor II--Exporting to BLP

Neither is working. When I try and export the .BLP in WC3 Image Viewer II, the BLP comes out. With 0 bytes. Absolutely nothing in it. When I try with WC3 Image Extractor II, it gives me an error that says: IJL Error on write of image1: Exception detected. And then I press okay, and the error goes away, and I can resume use as normal.. with no .BLP. Obviously, I'm rather annoyed, so help would be appreciated.
