Why the models I download all are completely black? I use the latest version of war3modeleditor please help everything is black and colourless!

Perhaps its a bug because its a new version?

nah its not that its just that you cant see someof then in model editor because the skins must be apllied manually, by that I mean do it in world edior.
You should see skins come with the thing now import those and model and it should work fine.

you are right, the model don't have colour without a blp file. Strange so many uploaders don't include it in the download :/

Because their models use in-game textures (Already have in MPQs at War3 installed folder)

Try to open a texture, in the model editor. Then open your model again.

Prob your mpq archives are messed up?

You need to put the War 3 Model Editor in your Warcraft III root folder, this way can find the .mpq files.
