FinalScore = (30*Reached_Votes/POSSIBLE_VOTES) + (70*Average_Judge_Score/POSSIBLE_SCORE)

MeshImpressive, very nice. Naga rider has fitting armor and weaponry on her, but most importantly the Seahorse, a fully unique model which looks great. They do fit very well together, but that's more of a point for next sections.

+(5/5) Overall mesh of the model look good
+(5/5) Details on the models are good
+(5/5) Individual bits fit greatly
15/15
SkinThere are quite a few textures, but all are optimized well enough. You made sure to choose slightly different colors of membranes and scales, so that the rider and horse don't "merge" together. Since you already went into recoloring those characters, you could have made it more distinct, but what you did was still good.

+(6/6) Custom or existing textures look good on the model
+(5/6) Textures provide for a good readability
+(2/3) Decent Icon provided
13/15
AnimationsGenerally I must commend the unique implementation of a legless character riding a mount. Her wrapping the tail around the seahorse and using the lower set of arms on reins, is absolutely brilliant. Animations look polished and were clearly heavily edited. Small issue on the disappearing glowing anglerfish blob in channel animation and she should have had a swim anim (same as existing, but lower for submerged seahorse)

+(4/5) Model has enough animations (no unique swim anim for theme, but existing almost fits)
+(4/5) Animations look good and are smooth, but have one visibility issue
+(4/5) Portrait provided (not integrated into main model)
12/15
Integration+(5/5) Attachments and footprints work
~(4/5) Filesize optimized well enough
~(4/5) FaceFX works, Death sound is missing
13/15
ThemeIt's a naga on a seahorse, they fit very well!15/15
Effects+(2/3) Necessary effects are provided, but are slightly displaced on the staff
~(1/2) Death effects are present, but ground bloodsplatters are missing
3/5
Creativity(I will be extra critical here, since all the entries appear to be good, we still need a winner. A good creative entry will only get 15/20, only extraordinarily creative ones will get point above that from me)

Possibly the most creative model here, as you have created not just a unique naga, but a mounted one, which wasn't done yet at all. It is risky to attempt and make a very complex and challenging model, but (ignoring some technical aspects), it is perfect.
20/20
The more complex and impressive you make a model, the more risks you take on making technical mistakes. While it appears to be the most creative and unique model, the few imperfections cost you some point here and there. Of course a high rating is well deserved.91/100

MeshThere's a lot of stuff on that dude, corals, fish parts, claws etc. Risky move, but you nailed it, he does look more than just a weathered Ancient, he's his own character.

+(5/5) Overall mesh of the model look good
+(5/5) Details on the models are good
+(5/5) Individual bits fit greatly
15/15
SkinThe recoloring was done in a good way, made the elements fit well together. The teamcolor could have been the corals, or some other elements, but you decided to go the most excruciating way possible... etchings on his "bark" parts... you know that I know how much of a paint that is... but you also nailed that part too.
I believe some paler recoloring, or perhaps even normal-map edits to make the wood... or now corals, appear way smoother would be an improvement, but require more time of course.

+(6/6) Custom or existing textures look good on the model
+(4/6) Textures provide for a quite good readability
+(2/3) Decent Icon provided
12/15
AnimationsUses Ancient of War animations, but has an additional stand animation, moving claws and can actually swim... which really is a requirement for this contest, let's be honest!
Him being a "building" and a character means quite a few things to be done right, such as birth anim, which you have even integrated into the model... unlike Blizzard.

+(5/5) Model has enough animations
+(5/5) Animations look good and are smooth
+(4/5) Portrait provided (not integrated into main model)
14/15
Integration+(5/5) Attachments and footprints work
+(4/5) Filesize optimized well enough
+(5/5) FaceFX not needed, Death sound works
14/15
ThemeNot a naga, but a being found in Nazjatar, so of course he fits the contest.15/15
Effects+(3/3) Necessary effects are provided
+(2/2) Death effects are present
5/5
Creativity(I will be extra critical here, since all the entries appear to be good, we still need a winner. A good creative entry will only get 15/20, only extraordinarily creative ones will get point above that from me)

Very unique and yet again not done before model. Lore-friendly and just cool to find in come map or campaign that is related to Nazjatar or the naga. As with all challenging models there is a risk that it won't work, but yours does look very well, (ignoring some technical aspects) it is great unique entry.
17/20
This model is complex in a good way, but lacks a tiny bit of readability, however it is technically very strong and well implemented, hence the high rating.92/100

MeshSe does definitely look like queen Azshara. However it just appears that she's missing some extra details to be perfect, a few armor bits on the tails, those cool glowing tentacle hair, something to make her look more grand. The shape of the character does serve it's purpose well, I cannot deny that.

+(5/5) Overall mesh of the model look good
+(4/5) Details on the models are good
+(4/5) Individual bits fit well
13/15
SkinGood recoloring of the main body. While the imported Staff does have all necessary textures, the normals and ORM aren't good enough. Your staff's emissive is glowing the whole staff, everything should be black except the part that you want to glow.
+(4/6) Custom or existing textures look mostly good on the model
+(6/6) Textures provide for a quite good readability
-(0/3) No Icon provided
10/15
AnimationsCharacter animations are good and she can swim! The tails do slips in some anims, but generally work. It would be possible to make the tails move differently and not in unison for a better look.

+(5/5) Model has enough animations
+(4/5) Animations look mostly good and are smooth
-(0/5) No Portrait provided at all
9/15
IntegrationNaming of the textures is rather bad, it should have been something like AzsharaMain_Diffuse.dds, AzsharaWeapon_Diffuse.dds etc. it will be a paint to find the textures on a map with lots of imports, not to menation a possiblity that naming overlaps.

+(5/5) Attachments and footprints work
+(3/5) Filesize optimized well enough, but bad file naming of textures
+(0/5) FaceFX is missing, Death sound is missing
8/15
ThemeShe is THE theme character, nothing to add here.15/15
Effects+(3/3) Necessary effects are provided
-(0/2) Death effects are missing
3/5
Creativity(I will be extra critical here, since all the entries appear to be good, we still need a winner. A good creative entry will only get 15/20, only extraordinarily creative ones will get point above that from me)

I say you don't have to invent a character to make it unique, the way it is made can also fit this category, especially if it is a necessary character/model for many users. It is a good model and to be above that, requires slight changes.
15/20
A good entry, with very few "artistic" drawbacks, however on a technical side, far too many small issues have accumulated, drawing points back. Do not let this deter you from further participation, for this is a good model that mostly requires technical fixes to make it great.73/100

MeshVery... cool mesh on the Myrmidon, everything on him fits quite well and looks very clean.

+(5/5) Overall mesh of the model look good
+(5/5) Details on the models are good
+(5/5) Individual bits fit greatly
15/15
SkinSimple but good diffuse recoloring, could have made the raised scales slightly different in hue, but what you've done looks good. Nice glowing ice as well.

+(6/6) Custom or existing textures look good on the model
+(6/6) Textures provide for a quite good readability
+(2/3) Decent Icon provided
14/15
AnimationsHis altered anims for a new set of weapons are rather awkward, but not bad. He does use a different stance when he is swimming, were you thinking that he merges the weapons... or was it just missed on finalising the model?

+(5/5) Model has enough animations
+(3/5) Animations look mostly good and are smooth
+(5/5) Portrait provided and is integrated into main model
13/15
Integration+(5/5) Attachments and footprints work
+(5/5) Filesize optimized very well
+(5/5) FaceFX works, Death sound works
15/15
ThemeHey it's a naga, what is there to say.15/15
Effects+(3/3) Necessary effects are provided
+(2/2) Death effects are present
5/5
Creativity(I will be extra critical here, since all the entries appear to be good, we still need a winner. A good creative entry will only get 15/20, only extraordinarily creative ones will get point above that from me)

A naga death knight, hell yeah! Considering that the Scourge has fought them on occasion, that fits the lore in my book, even if we haven't seen them. A very clean and useful character, above a good model.
16/20
The strength of this model is in a very clear and perhaps simpler theme, that still has to be achieved well, which you definitely have. One doesn't always require a lot of details, as long as those provided just fit perfectly. The high rating is well deserved.93/100

MeshGood combination of Naga and Demonic armor, a very clean model as well.

+(5/5) Overall mesh of the model look good
+(5/5) Details on the models are good
+(5/5) Individual bits fit greatly
15/15
SkinVery nice recoloring for a fel corrupted naga, looks very unique.

+(6/6) Custom or existing textures look good on the model
+(6/6) Textures provide for a quite good readability
+(2/3) Decent Icon provided
14/15
AnimationsShe has all the necessary anims and can swim, but there's only one animation for attacks and spells (excluding the swim version). It's a little lacking, I wanted to see her maybe use the dagger, or at least have some variety.

+(4/5) Model has enough animations to function but lacks variety
+(5/5) Animations look good and are smooth
+(4/5) Portrait provided (not integrated into main model)
13/15
Integration+(5/5) Attachments and footprints work
+(5/5) Filesize optimized very well
+(5/5) FaceFX works, Death sound works
15/15
ThemeA demonic naga is still a naga, all well here.15/15
Effects+(3/3) Necessary effects if are provided
+(2/2) Death effects are present
5/5
Creativity(I will be extra critical here, since all the entries appear to be good, we still need a winner. A good creative entry will only get 15/20, only extraordinarily creative ones will get point above that from me)

A lot of nice changes and overall implementations make her a unique character. This model is clean, looks great and is imo above a good model.
16/20
A very good entry, there is little room for improvement as much is done right. Textures are the strongpoint of this model because they help transform the character. The high rating is well earned.93/100

AuthorModelMeshAnimationsIntegration/OptimizationThemeEffectsCreativityTotalRecommendations
Mr Ogre ManAncient of the DepthsThe mesh and polygon distribution is balanced in such a way the model is consistent with its meshes. The meshes and the textures also fit perfectly with the theme. 10/10The model has all the necessary animations to function as an intended Ancient building. There are also custom animations of them model for swimming, and as well as custom building animations for both Naga and Night Elf types. There is no submerge animation but that isn't necessary for an ancient building. 10/10Everything works as intended with no problems whatsoever and the portrait and the textures are seen to be optimized properly. There is also somewhat enough team color although it's not easily seen at first glance. 9/10The model follows the theme very well. 10/10While there are no custom popcorn effects, the model still makes use of effects on its Stand Work and blue watery emissives that go well with the model. The visibility is also coherent for the Death and Decay animations and is consistent with other Ancient buildings. 10/10The model is very unique compared to the original Ancient buildings and the execution is very good. The uniqueness is also seen from the model's readability and distinguishability compared to the other Ancient Buildings and other Naga buildings. 10/1099/100Make the rectangular leaves/petals and the corals above the head into team colored.

For extra recommendations: add a submerged animation.
vindoreiWaveriderThe mesh and polygon distribution is balanced in such a way the model is consistent with its meshes. The meshes and the textures also fit perfectly with the theme. 10/10The model has most of the necessary animations for a hero. Although there is no Spell Slam, the Spell animations is sufficient for it. There is no submerge animation but it isn't necessary for a flying hero. 10/10There is a lack of death sound. The portrait is also not fully optimized. The model does not land to the ground before dissipation and War Stomp and other similar spells have the effect on the model's displacement instead of the ground. Everything else work, however. 5/10The model follows the theme very well. 10/10While there are no custom popcorn effects, the model still makes use of effects during Spell Channel. The visibility is also coherent for the Death and Dissipate animations and is consistent with other heroes, although as mentioned in the Animations tab, the Dissipate visibility is still problematic for the starting point. 9/10 The model is very unique compared to the Naga Sirens and the Sea Witches, and as well as the Couatl, and the execution is good enough. The uniqueness is also seen from the model's readability and distinguishability compared to the other Naga units and heroes. 10/1094/100Fix the death sound, remove all the unnecessary geosets in the portrait. Fix the Death animation such that the model now lands to the ground before Dissipate. Set the origin point to z=0 or slightly lower

For extra recommendations: add a submerged animation.
ZoomManHero Ice MyrmidonThe mesh and polygon distribution is balanced in such a way the model is consistent with its meshes. The meshes and the textures also fit perfectly with the theme. 10/10There is a lack of Spell Channel and Spell Slam animations. One of the Attack animations doesn't transition properly to Stand Ready like it ends abruptly. There are submerge animations being used, although the Axes merge into one pike on Swim variants of Stand, Walk, and Attack animations. 6/10The death sound is also being played in the Dissipate animation. Everything else is working as intended and the optimization is sufficient. 9/10The model follows the theme very well. with an extra "icy Naga" vibe 10/10While there are no custom popcorn effects, the model makes use of cool blue emissives that complement well with its "icy Naga" feel. There is also the freezing breath on its mouth, although there is no fade out and it just dissapears abruptly. The ice spikes on the shoulders seem a bit too bright. Everything else work as intended, however. 7/10The model is very unique compared to the Naga Myrmidons with its dual wielding animations (for land walking, that is) and the execution is very good. The uniqueness is also very apparent with its extra icy feel compared to the original Naga models. 10/1092/100Fix one of the attack animations, add Spell Slam and Spell/Stand Channel; make the icy emissives less saturated and slightly less brighter, and remove the death sound in Dissipate

For extra recommendations: add an extra freezing breath animation, and as well as an extra set of ranged attack animations.
varendisAzsharaThe mesh and polygon distribution is balanced in such a way the model is consistent with its meshes. The meshes and the textures also fit perfectly with the theme. 10/10There is a lack of Spell Channel and Spell Slam animations, although the Spell animation is enough for Spell Slam. There are also submerge animations being used, although the Dissipate Swim animation starts too abruptly from Death Swim. The tails clip with each other on most of the animations. 5/10There is no death sound nor dissipate ambiance. The tails are clipping on each other. There is a lack of a working portrait and there is no FaceFX in the model proper. The textures are also have very confusing and inconsistent names. The model is somewhat harder to select in one click as its upper body is not clickable. The file sizes is also a bit too large. Everything else work fine, however. 2/10The model follows the theme very well. 10/10The spell popcorn isn't used in attack animations and the staff emissive isn't implemented properly whereas the whole staff appears to be glowing and becoming more saturated. The emissives for the model's body work fine however. 3/10The model is creative and unique enough and it is very distinguishable from the Naga Sirens and the Sea Witches. The lacking in effects and the said geoset clipping are an issue to the execution, however. 7/1077/100Add the missing death sound. Recalculate the extents. Fix the Dissipate swim animation. Fix the tail clippings. Compress the body, extra eyes, hair, and face diffuses as B1D1 to reduce their size to half and save space. Add the missing portrait and as well as FaceFX for the model proper and the portrait.

No extra recommendations needed.
RaddazongFelsingerThe mesh and polygon distribution is balanced in such a way the model is consistent with its meshes. The meshes and the textures also fit perfectly with the theme. although some of the non-dark textures could be more saturated and be more brighter so it doesn't become somewhat monotonous. 9/10There is a lack of Spell Channel and Spell Slam animations, although the Spell animation is enough for Spell Slam. There are also submerge animations being used, although the Dissipate Swim animation starts too abruptly from Death Swim. 9/10Everything works as intended with no problems whatsoever and the portrait and the textures are seen to be optimized properly except for the ORM that has more than 2.5 MB. There is also a lack of team color that makes the ownership of the model hard to see at a first glance. The Dissipate and Dissipate Swim animations don't have consistent fade out transitions as one group of geoset disappears completely first before the other 6/10The model follows the theme very well with a very unique "fel/demon" vibe. 10/10While there are no custom popcorn effects, the model makes use of some ominous green emissives that complement well with its "demon Naga" feel. There is also the demonic flames on its hands on Attack Spell. Everything else work as intended, however. 8/10The model is very unique compared to the Naga Sirens and the Sea Witches with its magical spellcaster role, and the execution is very good. The uniqueness is also very apparent with its extra demonic worshipper feel feel compared to the original Naga models. 10/1092/100Add the missing Spell/Stand Channel animation. Set the geoset/material visibility to be consistent on Dissipate and Dissipate Swim, improve the transition from Death to Dissipate.

For extra recommendations: add an extra set of Metamorphosis animations, and If possible, reduce the size of the ORM
