I like this idea except one small thing. Looking at the model, it feels like there is not enough smooth transition between the ice spikes and the body to make it all look solid. And still great job!

Works fine but I'm setting this on AWAITING UPDATE until the issues are resolved, refer to the judging:

Fix one of the attack animations, add Spell Slam and Spell/Stand Channel; make the icy emissives less saturated and slightly less brighter, and remove the death sound in Dissipate

For extra recommendations: add an extra freezing breath animation, and as well as an extra set of ranged attack animations.

The line isn't really necessary but it can be done for HIGH QUALITY, provided that the issues are resolved first.

This is really great, but there is a problem. The attack action seems to have a delay, especially when the attack speed is very fast. I really hope it can be fixed! After all, this work is so great.
