This is really cool, and the 80KB file size is TINY for a model like this. It looks much better animated than it does in the preview.

hmm.. lemme tell you one thing, these demon-form-hooves this model has really don't go well with a gryphon feet or even eagle-like talons.. it would probably be a lot better of you rework the foot at least, if not whole lower leg areas

Pretty creative use of the demon hunter's demon form animations, from the preview I taught that you would have used the dreadlord's animations.

I particularly like the use of Demon Hunter Alternate anims; not seen often enough to make this guy look bad in-game. : )

With your edit... Before it was 'good'. Now I say 'great'. Excellent alternate version, as well (Night Elven-version, lol).

The only thing I'd change now is the color of the spell SFX.

okay, the only thing that miffs me is that the camera has their heads a little bit too high.. were you aiming for a slight view from below? if not, you should have their heads be a lill lower in the camera view.

if you did aim for a look from below, then really take a slight look from below
