This is a simple grid model for replacing terrain. This particular one has a white outline with a black base. Originally I couldn't convert it to BLP, but I figured out how later. Now you can import it and use it as a terrain with my Green Grid. You can also put in any terrain path to make it cliffs or anything.

Let's say your making a game like darwinia for wc3, you would at least want a grid terrain base to make it look right. Believe me or not, if your looking for neon based graphics games, this is a very good terrain, but that also has never been done before in wc3. Does it really make any logical sense to hate things your not used to?
it could be useful for when you try to get the terrain height to look a bit more perfect and realistic then you can simply change the tile set after to whatever you want.
It could be another option instead of just using wire frame.=)
