Good Editor for Proper Cliffs?

Hello, at the end of last year I've downloaded World Editor Extended (if I remember correctly) and did some terrain work on my map. I could make beautiful cliffs with no problems using the raise/lower terrain tool.

I (foolishly) have now gone over to the official version using the normal editor for version 1.31. The cliffs don't work the same way and if I lower/raise the sea areas around my old cliffs in my map the beautiful cliffs get deformed and smoothed down several degrees creating a less steep slope.

The war3.mpq/UI/MiscData trick doesn't fix this for me so I suspect that the editor I used had an in-built feature that was superior to the standard editor. I've tried the Sharpey thing that's pinned on the page but it doesn't work at all and the HiveEditor doesn't work on 1.31 (sadly I can't seem to change its path to direct to my 1.26 version either although doing so will doubtfuly make it work regardless).

Does anyone know any good editors that work and can do something like this?
