"Come on, Dirge, Dirge Quickcleave, the best cook on Kalimdor. You don't know him? Well, then you must be the kind of person that can't tell a Tough Jerky from some Succulent Pork Ribs. Listen up friend, this guy is the one who teaches the masters of the culinary art how much rocket fuel you need to make the perfect Chimaerok Chops; this guy revolutionized goblin cuisine as we know it by filling clams with cheese. Also, his big friend has promised to smash my face in if I didn't give him a good review."

Great model, love that you're making textures from scratch to reduce filesize. The model works ingame perfectly. My only complain is that the ogre seldom uses his mace, an attack 2 would look awesome. But that's just nitpicking.

Got to agree with you there.
Adjusting animation is not too hard, but I really got to try making new ones.
Frame by frame is not really an option. So I should check how OG Hivers did that for Classic models and if it's compatible with RMS+Reforged in any way.

What I do is to import an animation from other guy, and then manually reanimate most of it. It's not so hard to be fair, but starting from scratch sure is

What I'm usually considering is having same first/last frame of attack as in Stand Ready anim. To make the model in action look most smooth.
