Give health Regen to Another Unit

How can i make skills that give to another units things that can just be find in auras, Like mana and health Regen?
For instance: I want one of my abilities to give the target unit 100% bonus health regen for 6 seconds.
How could i do it?

Single target abilities?
If yes, create an active abilities and triggered it...

Or you can try a poison active abilities set the damage to negative which is heal...
set the slow to 0 maybe it do works (i think)
