Fullscreen System / Idea, Layout

After I saw TriggerHappy's thread about his fullscreen system, I also wanna
give it a try. I can't run away from that I got inspired by his layout.

I only do this because I am bored, and want to do something advanced.

But please give some ideas or suggestions)

NOTE:
Im not promesing that I ever will finish this, but if I do, it will ofcause be
released to the public


Features


As you can see on the sketch drawing, there is a progressbar for the three stats.

The character can gain in stats useing differents methods:


• Melee weapons will make you gain in strenght
• Range weapons will make you gain in agility
• Spells will make you gain in intelligence


Every weapon will have differents attack speed. So a twohand axe will be slow, while a dagger will be very fast. Pretty much like the game: Diablo.



Every spells your character learn, will be added to the spellbook. Here you can switch out the current used spell in the commandpannel. Now you can have more than 5 spells, that warcraft normaly allows.


The character is able to equip 10 differents items:

Helm
Armor
Pants
Boots
Gloves
Ring
Ring
Amulet

Weapons:
Onehand + Shield
Onehand + Onehand
Twohand
Bow
Crossbow

If this ends up like in your sketch it would sure be useful for anybody interested in doing an RPG. Good luck with it.

How about adding a belt slot?

I do not really like the belt item, because it is pointless to me. If I gave it the
ability to carry more potions like in Diablo 2, then I would add it. Else I wont.

If this ends up like in your sketch it would sure be useful for anybody interested in doing an RPG. Good luck with it.

It will get the same layout as in the sketch, and the same functions. So yes it will be like it :)
