I think it looks cool. The black kinda makes it look like more of a bland weapon, like an officer's but not the general's or something like that. Possibly put runes in the black? Or if that is the look you were going for, looks great!

You need to realize how important the portrait is, when it comes to giving character to something. It sure looks much more unique with brows like this.
