he mean is there anyway tot ell the difference between the FT and the ROC functions in the world editor. and to answer your question i dont know, but you can desable all FT units and triggers somehow (i forget how tho)

you can but u have to edit some weird text files, silver song know about i think.

To make new spells in RoC you have to edit the mpq file

Which Blizzard says is illegal, but I doubt they have banned anyone for it (editing it for non-cheating purposes).
