The only thing i really noticed is that i pushed the rays too much behind so one of them is cutting trough a tree in the background. Aside from that, 3D space is tricky when it comes to vectors and that's what sun rays are, you can't really say where they're coming from.
I like this one a lot, it's like you've stepped up to a whole new level of terraining. Sure it looks like the sun's coming from right behind the hill but it still looks good!
I had an enlightenment after seeing some of your terrains, not to mention the fact that i took a long rest off the terraining so now everything turned out better.
