This link has one special effect. I really need it for patch 1.26. The author seems to have posted something so that it works on earlier versions. But I can't get results. Can anyone post a ready-made version of the special effect for 1.26 ??? Please!

Here, just import all the textures from both the bundle and comment archives without editing any paths. You could also compress them with BLP Lab before importing if you'd like.
