Some time ago i made this model (attached)with my friend in his house. I used an import script to use the wc3 villager model as a base for the animations. We made it just for kicks as we were bored and never tought about exporting it to wc3, so the model was made using 3DsMax. Thing is now i had an idea and i want the model, but everytime i export it, it looks really strange(attached too).
I searched for tutorials on the hive, and the only one i found that covered 3Ds Max was BlinkBoy's. But how we made it before reading the tut, we "skiped" many things.
So, i'm asking the modelling gurus, there's a way of converting it to .mdx?

Well I use milkshape so I don't know much about 3ds but skipping steps always messes up your model (It's happened to me so many times...). Anyways I know its a pain in the bum, but I'd suggest re-making the model while following all the steps.
