I made a model in 3ds Max 9, then exported it as .obj and then to .mdx.
This is the only way I can export to MDX since I don't have access to MilkShape.

Anyway, I assigned to it a texture in 3ds + I made it be half transperant.
When it was imported to the WE, it didn't play its animation (just a one animation that should be played all the time), it didn't have its texture, it wasn't half transperant, AND (!!) there was like a part of the model that was moving randomly around the model :eekani:

Anyone knows how to export a model properly from 3ds to warcraft ? :(

It seems like it didn't work.

I gave it the model, an animation called Stand (just want the model to run it always, when standing/moving/whatever).
It made a VERY small file (333 bytes), then when I opened it with Magos and saved as MDX it stayed very small (~800 bytes) instead of being 50 kb or so.

Can't see any model, its just nothing >.<
