Everyone can see Aura Icon?

In my Map, there are buildings that have auras to show on which terrain they stand.

Is it possible that everyone can see the Ability Icon from this buildings, even if their owners are enemies or Neutral passive?

I'm guessing that you're asking how to display buffs on the building:
Go to Advanced -> Gameplay Constants and go to Building Status Display (Or DisplayBuildingStatus if you're looking at it as Raw Data) Set that field to true. (Make sure that you already set Use Custom Gameplay Constants as true.)

I changed this, but nothing happened...
Showing the buff would be the second option I would try to make, but what I first want to try is displaying the ability (in the bottom right corner of the screen)

It sounds like he's asking how to view enemy/neutral abilities without being able to control them in any way. The topic name is misleading however because when you say "Aura Icon" I (and many others, I'm sure) think of buff icons. In terms of specific units, I don't think this is possible.

I have made a neutral passive seller in my and he has some random aura i made for him and i can see it with my heroes. Also if i did add some spells like summon and stuff like that i was even able to use them.

I think to make it work like that would require adding Shop Sharing -ability or what ever is the ability that makes you able to buy stuff from shops.

That may work, I didn't even think about the merchant abilities.
