Is there a way to make a buff that will let a hero to avoid physical attacks for 5 seconds? (not adding Evasion for 5 seconds)

Basically when people want that, then they do add evasion. The reason why you never see that is that they put it in a disabled spellbook.
For the buff? Just a dummy buff given by a dummy caster.

The only way of actually making it be based on buff is by triggering it yourself.

Or, Spiked Carapace can not only block damage but can also return damage to enemies by a percent chance

you could use a bloodlust type spell for the cast and just use a trigger to add the evade
