BlinkBoy: Works well in-game :D. I think you did a fantastic job, it's very original and you did animated it to look as an emerald sword. APPROVED.

Ah, such a marvellous sword! Only, I do not like the "unfogged" material option. In fogs they start disappearing suddenly rather than the smooth fade out. But still 4.99/5 rounded off to 5/5. A question though, do attachment parts allow particles too? If so then I will start modelling elemental swords.

Nice to hear you like it

Thanks for the advice. I'll update the sword to not have that material option.

Yes, you can create particle emitters on attachments.

Edit: model updated - removed "unfogged" from materials

Attachments are just like a model. If you wanted to.. you could attach a lich to a hero's weapon.. not like ive ever done that.. =/

would it be possible to add particle emitters to it so its like your waterblade or your searing blade. . . well i know its possible, but could you do that? i have an idea for a hero using those three but i would prefer some consistancy between the three

How can I script/add in ribbons/glow in Gmax? I know Gmax can't do particle emitters like 3ds can, but can I somehow script them in?
