MiniMage: Not really sure why you kept the old death animation, naming it "old death" instead of removing it. However, it works. Looks pretty neat. Although the broad shoulder protectors make him look extremly stubby.

Great stuff man.

So far I see that in the walk animation the space between his head and his pouldrons severely decreases. To such an extent that they clip into each other.

Personally, I find those pauldrons to be so large as to strain credulity. I mean, I know Warcraft has some serious issues with pauldron-size, but maaaan.

good stuff . but i really think that they look a little wired with re-scale bone body . i really like ur mountain king model , cause he has a real dwaven figure . and it is hard to show a dwarf face with human textures .
