Dummy unit too high

I've made a spell which creates a dummy unit and moves it in a line. I have set unit's movement type to fly and height to 10 in object editor, and I don't change unit's height via triggers. However, when casting this spell near cliffs, the dummy unit is created above the casting unit. How could I make the dummy stay on the ground?

EDIT: I uploaded an image to clarify what's going on. In the upper image I'm casting the spell near a cliff (about 500 away), and the lower image I'm fcasting the spell far away from cliffs.

Try turning off the collision of the dummy unit or make it to 0 because dummy are still units and of course, they will have conflict with the cliff.

Actually, I had the same problem as Errki2 and I never did get to solve it. I thought turning off the collision would solve the problem but it didn't. Whether you set collision size to 0 or turn it off through triggers it doesn't work.
