The same concept that applies to other fleshless coporeal beings applies to skeletal dragons as well, but I didnt say skeletal dragons, I said Undead dragons, which can refer to Specteral and Zombie dragons as well.

Nazghul are undead, but their flying steeds are simply creatures of mordor, and they'd be more comparable to dark dragons and not undead ones.

yes, the Naz'gul dragons were alive, but their riders were not. but when I think of undead dragons, I think of the skeletal dragons. I don't like the sight of hanging flesh, massive open wounds, or decaying dragons at all D: (basically, I don't like the looks of zombies.)

I already saw a Zombie Dragon skin that was floating around Campaigncreations, but I dont go there anymore, you'll have to find it yourself.
