MEOW (Mechanically Engineered Organic Weapon)

Don't be confused, it isn't a robot. Just an enhanced creature. That's why parts of his body is still showing underneath the armour. MEOW's are living, breathing, creatures.

That is part of the text from the MEOW Magnataur skin's description. It specifically states that these are cyborgs. Living creatures fused with technology. not robots, or mecha. Though, dragons would have had to begun a tech tree to be able to get to the point of becoming cyborgs. Other than that, they'd have been captured and used as lab experiments for cyborg developement :/ (or weapons...)

... he had them with multiple female dragons that laid the eggs. He is only the father of countless eggs. There are more mothers for the eggs than there is Deathwing. lol

The nether dragons were created by Korealstraz when he teleported the remaining eggs of a certain blue dragon's brrod into another dimension (or someplace safe, etc.). The hatchlings mutated inside the eggs and were born nether dragons, their minds twisted, unable to think of nothing but their instincts. They were just wild creatures, not intellegent creatures :/

And if I recall correctly, the remainder of Deathwing's brood also moved to Outland. :/ I'm not certain of this part though :/

there is one possible way for a dragon to produce fire though...

A second stomach where the gas from rotting meals is stored, and the dragon could have some sort of flammable substance or a material like coal that is crunches and spews out of it's mouth along with the gas from it's meal. That could allow for streams of fire for short periods of time, depending on how much gas and coal it acquired. :/

Pointless evolution step, as the heat generated by the flames could atmost start forest fires and cause some light burns. Honestly bigger or sharper claws would be more pratical.

Exactly. Dragons are magical creatures, Draconic itself is a magical language. Dragons get their "powers" from various magical forces. Fire has been attributed to magic for many thousands of years.
