I've considered this, amd the result was a No, because:
Seeing dotca having almost 3000 views and that it was 1400 before.. So many people got used to the name, and changing it will be like a Restart... + i'm not going to xhange my user name xD

The flying shop? It has the invulnerable ability, for a reason, one of the shops or maybe 2 i think, get vulnerable :/, note that all the 4 shops are the same, so basically the prob is from triggers... Any way will try to figure out the problem..

Name - Neo_Sluf the Blood Rouge..

1st Skill - Claw Strike

Slash the target dealing damage and applying a Blood Buff that slows the target.

Damage = 50 + (50 x Level) and Blood will last for (3 + (2 x Level)

2nd Skill - Blood Surge

Deals Damage Per Second to the target. DPS will proc until the Blood Buff is gone.

Damage = 20 (30 x Level) DPS

3rd Skill - Blood Boil

Increases the DPS dealt of your Blood Surge and deals a bonus damage to nearby enemies if the target dies under Blood Boil.

DPS Increase = (3% x Level) AoE Damage = (100 x Level)

4th Skill Ultimate - Blood Pact

Creates a connection between you and the target. The effect will last for 10 seconds.
If the target will not die until the effect is gone you will deal X% of its Maximum HP..
If the target will die while under this effect you will gain a Heal Over Time by 20% of enemy's Maximum HP for X Seconds.

X% = (10% x Level) Xsecond = (3 x Level)

Ok.. you got my attention:
1st spell, seems cool, explain more pls
2nd spell, mmm, i will tweak it more :p (accepted)
3rd spell, mm... mmm... you gave the idea, i'll tell you how it works... keeping the name and the description, instead of damaging units that damages the hero, the damage will be dispersed on units around the hero (Tweaked)
Ulti: Nice.. (accepted)

For the icons, i think i will just use the 2nd, if not none, i like the icons to fit the effects and the meaning of the spell
And you forgot something... what will the hero name be?

Okay I'll explain to you more about my spells:

1st spell, when you cast it will give you a positive buff that lasts for 5 seconds, when you have that buff your attacks will deal bonus damage and mini-stun your attacked target.
2nd spell, sure
3rd spell, yeah that sounds a lot better
4th spell, you could reduce the attribute bonus because I think it is a little to much.

Yeah I've edited it above, the name would be "Rainu the Dread Seeker" because he is where the battle is.

Oh I forgot that there are no improvement per level to his 3rd skill. You said that you would rework my hero and turn his 3rd spell to a disperse spell right? So how about the AoE would vary per level. Let's say 600/700/800/900 AoE.

1st Skill - a mini-stun even if it is mini still imba cause of the 2nd skill... how about an increase slow speed?.. like 10 - 20 - 30 - 40... until the limit is reached then a stun.. it will be an imba killer..

Fixed a bug where a hero kill would count as a normal unit kill (Xp Gain)
Now Denies gives 75% less Xp than normal Kills (0% before)
Added a new Single Player command: -reveal : reveals the entire map
Fixed Bug Slowing game down when overusing single player commands
More stable game than before
Prevented that the game will slow down over the time (due to (3+1+1+1)x3x2 = 36 leaking points every 30 seconds [spawning])
now when you hit an enemy; blood appears and the attack will deal after 0.5/1/1.5 seconds 4/3/2% of damage dealt, only affects physical damage, does not trigger if damage is lower than 35.00
Attacking friends that have not a low hp is now allowed but the rules stay :p, damage goes down to 0 if the target's health is not low (depends on target)
NO BACKDOOR, if you attack a tower or a production structure without any non-mechanical unit within 850 range damage goes to 0 to prevent backdoor

Suggestions for change, Motred the Phantom Assasin

Bug Fix: Attack swing time does not collaborate with animation.
Overpowered: Blink Dagger is overpowered. NERFFF even at level 3, the stun is wtf, probably stick it constant for all levels and upgrade damage alone if possible.
Try to use another name :p

Stats:
Strength: 22 + 2.9

Empowers the weapons of Rainu for 5 seconds adding 10/20/30/40 damage and causing his attacks to mini-stun for 0.1 second

Gives a chance when the Seeker is attacked to jump to the position of the source for 0.25 seconds, damage him and then comeback to the old position, Max range is 500, chance for heroes is 8/12/16/20% while creeps chance is 2/3/4/5%, you can not jump twice within the same second

Damage is dispersed on enemy units, so all units will receive the same amount of damage that will reduce when there is more units in the AoE

Yh, it's a Core ability
a core ability is an ability that makes the strength of the hero's other abilities


Another example of core abilities in dotca is DivineLight, it's first ability (holy light) increases the agility of the hero, on the other hand, ALL the other spells of DivineLight are Agility based
