The description is lacking, it doesn't tell what the system does.
Waits are inaccurate, that 0.1 seconds wait will be 0.2-0.3 seconds in single player, possible more in multiplayer. Thus the unit will act in an unfavorable manner for upto 0.6 seconds.
The system is quite simple so it might not get approved.
Btw,this is not very exact to DotA's,simply because their deny system allows to deny heroes that has buffs of Doom, Venomous Gale, Shadow Strike, Viper Strike and Poison Nova and the hero's life must be less than 25%
It is more or less a presumed universal rule that Dota resources don't need proper descriptions. You see the name, you get what it does simultaneously.
I can't open the map so uhm, does this support reduced XP gain or just a way to kill an ally unit when its HP drops below a certain rate? Oh and also is there a method to stop units from attacking if denial isn't available yet?
Anyways, I agree with Maker. This system needs description no matter what. So many Warcraft 3 Modders here haven't played DotA so they didn't know what DotA Mechanics are.
This announces any friendly kill. That's not a deny. To be a deny, a unit must be in danger of being killed by an enemy. There needs to be a condition regarding the threat. Something like "distance between deny_unit and unit owner by an enemy player less than 600" or something to make sure it actually functions.
