Permission Denied?

when i try to go to the models section it brings me to a seperate page.
the page says the following:"

and wtf is this? It scared the F**K off me acuse i had my volume on full with headphones that amplify the sound :S https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/function.require

I think it happened to everyone, because the same thing happened to me for 2 minutes. And that thing that scared you comes up when the link doesn't exist. For example: https://www.hiveworkshop.com/BrainFood/
