Diablo III PvP Update

"Team Deathmatch shelved for now"

In a recent post on Diablo's official community site, the developers have revealed that Team Deathmatch would not be coming anytime soon due it being shelved for the time being.
The reason for that is, apparently, that the mode gets relatively boring after a few hours of gameplay and thus Blizzard thinks that it does not live up to its usual standards. They have also stated that the balancing is an issue, since the game was more PvE focused.
To replace TDM, they will be adding the much requested dueling feature in Patch 1.0.7, which will be hitting servers early next year.
Blizzard is currently looking at alternatives to replace TDM for now and the different mode will still come with a free update.

Got to love how Blizzard informs us about such things that used to be prior to their games, dueling...wait 1 year to release something that is done by a script code and a few hours of implementing. Do they balance things all that year before releasing it...hardly. Lets just announce it as a new-content-patch in our game.

Like starcraft 2... 1 campaign per expansion...and I am sure the third expansion will be split into halve the campaign so we can wait another year for the other halve.
