Custom Training

Hello Hive, I am trying to create a custom training system. in this system Barracks is only for research and order, player uses a Barracks to give a training order and soldiers are being trained by Gateways.

I had some ideas how to create it but every trigger I do faces a bug or doesn't work at all. any help would be appreciated.
