Custom Flying Form

Hi, i need help with a custom flying form. At the minute i have tried making a custom raven form (much like Medivh) but for some reason it adds 400 health every time.

Alternatively i have tried making a custom fire bat form, only to receive an error after 1 second, due to the custom units being air units.

What i need is an ability with 4 levels, each turning you into a custom flying unit, lasting for 60 seconds. if you need more information, please just ask, otherwise any help is appreciated.

Does Metamorphisis work?

If not, just replace the unit when it casts the ability, then add an expiration timer to it. When the time runs out, make a new unit at it's position.

I believe if you just change Stats - Duration - Hero to the amount you want, then there will be a timer.
