Current Activity is wut??

Happened twice already, when I go to my profile, it is written:
Current Activity: [Viewing Attachment] <Some Thread in the Map Development>
But I know I didn't click it and found out it was in the third page of Map Dev Forum! I don't even go to that forum
Does this happen normally? I tried re-creating it but it failed. Oh, it happened twice (first was Oct or Nov, not sure) and it is the Same Thread.

People can link to images in attachments. Perhaps it triggers that way when you see them inline on a page.

Nope, I didn't view any image or attachment. Also tried viewing the image address from the thread and going to my profile, but the result is:
Current Activity: Viewing User Profile.
I looked the the recent thread I visits but couldn't find how it will direct me to that thread.

This isn't much of a problem, I'm just wondering why this happens.

EDIT: -_- it happened again, but this time it was a spell.

I have seen that a number of times, too. It seems pretty random.
