Creep Spawning Pause Help

ok here is some bugs i found.. during lag like when a user lag with the button Drop Player shows up .. creeps wont stop spawning, instead they will keep spawning and as soon as the user is kicked all the units will appear i meant like its more than what it should spawn .. so how do i pause unit spawn during user lag?

To do that, you should detect user lag first. I'm afraid that is either too hard for me to help or impossible.
