The only difference between a clone trooper and a storm trooper is the era and armour, they are exactly the same under that armour. The clone troopers are under the Republic and the storm troopers are under the Empire.

But I'm not a hard core Star Wars fan so please correct me if I'm wrong.

Clonetroopers were first introduced in AotC EpII they have armour that looks like a mix of Jango Fett's armour and Stormtrooper armour.
AtoC Clonetrooper

In RotS EpIII the clones got new armour
RotS Clonetrooper

and between RotS EpIII and aNH EpIV clones got filtered out and they all got new armour.
Stormtrooper

so some of the Stormtroopers of the old SW trilogy ARE clones, but not all of them, they got filtered out over time.

When trying to put your name in the box, click on the box, not the arrow in the corner. If thats what you have been doing then i don't know whats wrong. As for the catagories, sorry can't help you there.

the catagories have to load, wehn you start you can choose to load them all at once, so you don't have to wait later.
