Converting TGA to BLP Error No frame

Hello, I use Wc3 Image extractor to convert tga to BLP 256x256 and it's successful but when I try to use this image or to open it, it gives me error. What to do? It's the only software I found for BLP... stupid blizzard format lol

Ohh nvm I fixed it by download a file called ljl15.dll and inserting it into the extractor's folder. So it looks like it was incomplete version.

For the record, ijl15.dll is a part of any Legacy version of WC3

As a side note, you might also want to ensure you are using Warcraft III Image Extractor v2.00, and not v1.95
