then convert your texture to BLP format

there is no online tool that I know of.
blp lab is really simple tho,
1. save img as .tga in photoshop (you can crack it)
2. open the .tga file in blp lab and save as blp

there is an online too i forgot it but there is wc3 borderziger somewhat like that
