Cinematics?

I'd like to ask how to make cinematics?
I'm a noooooob one... Sorry
I need a cinematic that when you kill a player, the player who is killed will be having a cinematic showing the hero or the player killed him saying something like ''You can't take me.''

I'm actually practicing how to make maps...
