Not sure if this is even possible, but I'd like to ask just in case. 
At the moment, all of the Players in my map start with default Night Elf Race. This is being setup from Scenario Properties - Players - Race).
The thing I'm looking for to modify via triggers is to either:
A) Change Race and therefore all the Racial sounds (UI does not need to be updated)
B) Not to change Race but only the Racial sounds locally for specific player (example: Player 1 called ''Timmy'' is playing as Night Elf but is hearing Undead Race sounds such as; narrator, units being under attack when not looking, sound for finishing upgrading buildings, low / high food economy, etc).
