[General] Changing current race

is there any chance that you can change the race of a player???
example my race is orc , I want to change it to night elf. is there any trigger for that?

Well That Requires Heavy Triggering... IF USED IN-GAME!
Like Replacing Units and some Point removing them...
EDIT: I Forgot to Mention: Yes it is Possible, But it might go Over the Food Limit. Also, You have to Count the Difference of Costs (gold and lumber) and then Add/Substract them From the Player.

Well, this bugs for me. If I change a player's race for example: from human to night elf, it goes back to human in-game, so I have to pick a different player slot of a night elf race by default to get a night elf race in-game.

It works for me; I change my player slot to night elf and I'm nightelvish?

And to the OP, what do you mean by change race? Do you want their units to all switch or just the UI and music and stuff? What do you need it for?

Prolly an "issue" here is whether you do that on map initialization or in-game on an event. The latter wouldn't work I guess.

There are no trigger natives to do that in Warcraft III. Even in StarCraft II none exist currently (they will in LotV).

Either set their slot to use a certain race or import a generic "race in-specific" UI so it does not matter what actual race they are.
