[Spell] Change spell height?

Don't think this one's possible just using Carrion Swarm. You might want to create the graphic somehow else (like with a dummy's attack, which of course can have a higher z).

EDIT: Ninja'd. Doom_sheep's explanation is exactly what I meant, as well.
 
create two locust dummies at your wanted height, edit their attack projectile to be what you want, uncheck everything except "invulnerable" from their targets allowed field, and command one of them to attack the other. if missile speed matches your spell, that should serve as a visual.
I don't quite understand this. If both dummies are at the same position then how can the missile show?
 
The dummy used for this spell should be flying or hover movement type; or you can use fly library; or add/remove crow form upon creating dummy unit.

Be noted that the terrain height will affect the unit's flying.

An example
The dummy already has Crow Form by default. In fact, I even tried putting the spell Carrion Swarm on the Dragonhawk and the spell still came out sticking to the ground.
