Nope, it will be in stores and cost as much as the previous expansions. However there could be a way to buy it online from the new Battle.net system.

Or you could download it just like u did with wotlk, but you will still need a working CD key to play it on retail server

they'll probably have it downloadable online, but it will be in stores for sure
