Some skins I've made. All are 100% freehand, most of them are for WotTH.

Fire elemental[WotTH]. Model by Xatoga, skin by me.

Murloc chief[WotTH Boss]. Model by Blizzard, skin by me.

Metal Munchkin, I released this at wc3c.

Prospector Jorin Brordi[WotTH]. Model and skin by me.

Human shaman. Skin by me. It's also released at wc3c.

I don't really like that Human Shaman idea... It just doesn't fit with humans.

Nice work as always hump. The Fire Elemental seems to be the coolest to me though.

Hey hump, think I can animate the Fire Elemental as my next job? I'll make sure to give it all of those sexy particles you like.

camel's_hump, don't tell that to me =) I can draw and I can skin.

Sheesh, I'm the skinning mod, that's what I am supposed to do, and the tutorial will explain more detailed and advanced aspects of skinning also.

Chriz of course you can, just get on msn. Now please stay on topic people.

Added the nerubian skin I made. I released it here also.

Started skinning Mort Blackblade, a Darkiron hero for War of the Three Hammers. The model was made by me.

That model sort of resembles the warrior tier 5 from wow, but looks like its for warcraft 3!

I'm sure he based it off of that armor set when he made the model, eh hump?

If you mean based it off as in I edited the WoW model thats not true, all I did was use it as a concept art. I did use the tier 5 as concept art, but I made the sword up.
Yes, of course I meant as a concept, I know you make all your nice models yourself.

Camel hump, you need to soften some edges right now it has a nasty cartoon look. some of the solid black lines are WAY too thick.

The shoulder pads for instance are completely different style than the face and chest...

and im assuming the head is not done the horns ect..
could we please see the unwrap that would help me crit you.

Yes the shoulder pads are vastly differ in style than the rest of the skin. they are the best part.
I still think most of the edges are WAY to sharp. not to mention the chest piece colors change too sharply.
plus the shading looks funny, cant put my finger on it yet but its funny looking.

How do your textures look so "crisp" and clean cut like WoWs?
(I know of high res, but I thought we use low res for WCIII)

That Blackblade is HOT i want an copy of him when its done

All models and skins made for War of the Three Hammers will be released when the project is finished.

I use a fairly hard 1 pixel brush to define edges, after I have done the basic shading. I also use a pixel brush to bring out highlights or shadows.
