The Green Scale Armor which drops from the Tidehutner in D2 only consists of a visable cape. In earlier versions it actaully was a green armor with a cape.
The 26 lvled Ogre Mage is sometimes linked to the downwards located tripple Ogre Camp. For some classes I could imagine it impossible or very hard to solo 4 mobs alone.
