Incorrect ATC border.
Your comic-like style makes me smiling. Always.
But i still think it does not match with other warcraft icons.
However, try to make smaller outlines, especially concerning the instrument.

k will work on it... but i have a question for the ATC borders... do i have to use the ''normal icon'' border + the ''ATC border?!'' just wondering..

Yes, a tad bit non-Warcrafty. But very close, and worth getting for kicks.
Also, as stated in the "question" topic: Remove the words. Ruins the effect.
